Needed a lot of external and interior work done on my house to prep it for sale. Dimitriy and his team were amazingly professional and hard working, especially during a month where it seemed to be raining all the time. I’ve had poor experiences in the past with teams showing up inconsistently, or costs running vastly over estimates, but not with Dimitriy. I cannot recommend him and his group enough for projects in or around the house.

We found Dmitriy through our insurance company. He and his team came to install new hardwoods after water damage from our water heater. We worked with him to add additional work, including refinishing our other hardwoods, installing French doors, demoing a pony wall, additional painting...and my favorite, creating and building a modern fireplace mantle. This was my first time hiring a contractor and I was nervous. Let me tell you, I can’t wait to hire Dmitriy and Greenline again! Why? 1. The work is fantastic! I love it. It’s quality. 2. They are hard workers and consistently showing up and working. 3. He’s a partner and a guiding light. Any question he could answer and give his honest opinion. In the end I was so happy to write them our final check payment! It was really an incredible experience. And as I said before, I can’t wait to hire them again for our next project! (He has helped me find the joy and confidence in remodels!)

After having a very bad experience last Summer with a Home Depot Pro contractor who took a deposit and never did the work, I was very sensitive to hiring another contractor this Spring. Because of the money I lost, I had to scale back the work from deck and porch replacement to deck and porch repair/refurbish. This type of work requires good communication with the contractor to identify exactly what needs repair and what doesn't. Dmitriy from Green Line Construction understood exactly what I wanted to do and his communication with me was excellent. He was prompt and patient with my additional requests during the course of the project. I'm very happy with the work and would recommend him wholeheartedly.

Green Line Construction has done great work for us on two occasions. They were hired by a restoration company to perform all of the repair, painting and and finish work required after a leaking pipe connection resulted in extensive water damage to our home. Remembering their good work, we hired Green Line for a remodeling project that included adding three bedrooms and upgrading a bathroom. The work was done quickly and professionally with excellent results. Remodeling is challenging for a number of reasons, requiring ingenuity and patience on the part of the construction company. Green Line Construction certainly provided all that was needed and more.
