SANTA FE RANCH WESTERN FURNITURE

If Santa Fe Ranch could get -5 stars that is where I would start. We ordered an ottoman ten weeks ago and it is sitting in a warehouse right now with a shipping company because Santa Fe Ranch did not pay them to ship it to me. I spoke with Jason Gendler who told me "we promised you six to eight weeks to your- we're two weeks beyond that- you're not gonna die." He then proceeded to tell me had looked up my business online and proceed to insult what I do. Seriously- who does business like this? This is a $1000 ottoman that was deducted on my Amex the day I placed the order- I contacted Jason a total of four times to check status and was ignored on the last two at which I did my research to find the shipping company to find out they don't pay their shippers.

We ordered the Jesse James leTher. sofa and chair . The leather in the picture looked polished but when we picked it up it had light suede feel and look not polished . Dejavu leather. Requires maintenance. It's called a pull up leather. Beautiful looking and soft but not the one we would have picked for a ranch like we have. Our house is a working ranch house and we don't change our clothes before we sit in our furniture . That's why we went with leather. This type is a waxed pull up and far more susceptible to stains. It was to be a couch to last for years. I am doubtful .
