I have waited awhile to post this review not wanting to act hastily out of dissatisfaction. Today while cleaning my new tub for the second time which has been used less than a dozen times I found 2 nicks you can see and feel. I know they did this because the ceramic tile guys AND the drywall\painters were much less than careful. They did NOT protect the tub and let debris accumulate inside it which I also pointed out. The entire crew were careless. We have divots in our wood floor, ruined finish on an expensive NEW mirror from painter/drywall, damage on our bannister and sloppy paint finishes. The tile floor in hallway had cracking grout in the first weeks and a hollow sound from not being leveled correctly, which they admitted. After It was “fixed” and we returned from out of town a couple weeks later I realized they didn’t even use the same color of grout and It still has the same sound of looseness. They do not listen to concerns or pay attention to details. Go elsewhere.

Had our guest bathtub removed and tile shower installed. Excellent work! Turned out to be a beautiful bathroom. Installers were very professional, skilled and did an excellent job!
