Willy has a broad range of skills and handled many aspects of our kitchen remodel. He is quite willing to undertake and complete many tasks related and unrelated, showing flexibility where needed.

Playable studio is committed to many things I highly value: creating functional, fun, clean and quality products with a keen eye for design. He worked well with me, hearing my ideas for the project and balancing them with designs and structures that were affordable, beautiful and sturdy. I'm so happy with my new table and thrilled that it houses a piece of New Haven history.

We hired Willie for a second time because we love his quiet, thoughtful manner of thinking with us about the best solution for our problems. This time, we asked him to replace the sliders on all of our bathroom and kitchen drawers and to re-build the fronts with "better material." Willie, like us, loves our house for its unusual design --- a four-story tree house with a funky mixture of new and old materials. He convinced us that the plywood fronts to the drawers would look great if just sanded and refinished and that they would match the rest of the house. He also removed a half-wall and extended some shelves -- a process that unearthed an uneven floor. Unflappable in the face of difficulty, he did the best job I could imagine with this problem.
