This is a custom copper hood that we made in 2014 using a fire forge. Everything you see on this hood was made using hot forging techniques. The body of the hood features a unique texture that can only be attained through hot forging, which we call "Extra Deep Pattern Random Hammering". Furthermore, the steel straps and hanging ceiling-mounts feature yet another texture that can only be created using a hot forge, which we call "Extra Heavy Pattern Hot Forged Steel". The body of the hood is made from the purest copper available, and has a rustic finish.
