In a double sided mattress the comfort layers are placed on both sides of the coil system. A double sided mattress may last longer and extend the life of the mattress as long as it is flipped and rotated on a routine basis, i.e. once/13 months. The Double Sided Ortho Back Aid Mattress has a high profile 288 innerspring core. It contains Wolf's internally made cotton pad and CertiPUR foam on both sides of the innerspring unit. Contains Wolf's cotton in the quilt for both comfort and temperature regulation. It provides medium firm support and is 9" high +/ .75". Made in the USA!
