This beautiful little piece is very well made and durable! Our furniture is carefully finished using a multi-step finishing process that includes hand distressing and a protective clear-coat. We also use leveling feet on this bookcase to help with uneven floors.

ConstructionBookcase No.7 is handmade in the USA with birch hardwood veneers and solid birch edge molding. Stains are hand rubbed and paints are applied in a methodical multi-step process. All of our finishes are protected with a beautiful, high-quality, and environmentally friendly clearcoat to ensure lasting beauty. Bookcase No.7 features a full extension drawer that uses high-end slides and a nickel plated knob. Leveling feet also ensure a solid stance on uneven floors.

When a client contacted us requesting a custom order for a shorter version of our popular Bookcase No. 2, we realized he had an excellent idea. Thus, we designed Bookcase No. 6 to fill a need in the Dust Furniture line. It was officially released in 2006. The shorter design of this piece allows it to sit well under a window, while the form and movement can create a lovely display in a vignette topped with a mirror or piece of artwork. The wide shelves provide ample storage space in spite of the relatively small footprint of the piece.
