Ghanaian artisan Abdul Aziz Mohamadu designs this charming decorative stool. Hand-carved out of sese wood, the stool is painted red with an antiqued finish. On the base of the stool, the artisan carves a unique Adrinka symbol known as Gya Name, which means 'except God' in the Akan language. To the Akan people, this symbol represents the supremacy of God.
