All of our cutting boards are hand crafted. We take pride in producing each and every Custom Cutting Board. We use only high-quality hardwoods in all of our cutting boards. All Custom Cutting Boards are produced with the more durable "edge grain" side up. Boards made with the face grain side exposed are cheaper to produce, will not last as long, many times will warp, and will dull your knives. Each Custom Cutting Board is assembled using food-safe, water proof glue. The board is then clamped tight for up to 24 hours, sanded to a 180 grit super smooth finish, then hand rubbed with our special Custom Cutting Board butcher block oil. Each board features four scar-resistant rubber feet.
