The Quito oval sink is hand hammered from 100% recycled copper by master artisans. Made from 18 gauge copper, the beautiful Quito has a warm antique finish and a flat lip, allowing either drop-in or undermount installation with standard 1.5 inch drain opening for U.S. plumbing connections. Suggested Novatto matching oil rubbed bronze strainer drain (STD-ORB) will compliment beautifully. Due to the handcrafted nature of this product, it will vary in appearance, finish, texture, hammering and other details. Dimensions may vary up to 1/2". Copper is amazingly easy to maintain. Fingerprints do not show as they will on stainless steel and other metals. For basic cleaning simply use a mild soap and water, other cleaners are not necessary. Copper has a "living finish" and its patina will continue to develop character over time, meaning it will become a richer, darker color.
