Peter is an amazing realtor he goes beyond his call to help strategize a selling plan for a successful result. We were out of state sellers, he watched over the property, he kept us informed of issues in the area that might effect the sell and was quick to relay any relevant news.

Buying our first house was not easy, and we are so glad we had Peter and Stella there to help us along the way. We used a few realtors before settling on them, and were very happy with our choice. They were always there to answer questions, no matter how big or small, and were always prompt with responses. They keep up with continuing education and are therefore very knowledgeable about the process of buying a house. They are in contact with a large network of professionals in different trades that continues to be useful now that we are settled. We are so happy to be in our new home, and we could not have done it without the Ilani's! It's worth noting that we are not people who place our trust in others lightly. My dad died a year ago and, and although I had to sell his home, I had almost zero interest in doing so. Nor did I have the time or the will. It was stressful and I was depressed about the whole transaction--the work, the loss, the trauma, and so on--and aside from being in denial, I was still brutally overworked and distracted with other life necessities. I listed the house and it sat on the market for a year, generating little interest. After a few experiences with realtors who were "part-timing", (Ie. either not fully engaged or not full time professionals--and there are a host of such people in the business) I found Peter and Stella's card on my kitchen counter. Since my existing realty outfit was not providing me with useful viewer feedback, I gave Peter a call to see how his showing went. I was immediately impressed by Peter's manners, intellect, knowledge and his interest in helping me sell the house (he also has a sense of humor, which helps). He was prompt at all times and immediately answered phone calls and emails. He was upbeat and encouraging. I listed with Peter and Stella and we had an offer within a few weeks. He ran the whole show and nagged me vigorously when I needed it. He kept things on track at all times. The transaction went smoothly and quickly, thanks to Peter and Stella's obvious experience and full time attention to all of the details and necessities involved--all of which had the power to overwhelm me. From the moment I met Peter I knew he was the guy who would sell the house!

Peter and Stella run a full service operation from start to finish. We bought in the Hudson Valley. Any anxiety of going into the process with limited knowledge of the area and the process was quickly alleviated once we got going. Peter brings a very good network of service providers into the process as well, which is very helpful for anyone new to the area.
