The homeowners were so uncooperative that we had to retain a lawyer and issue three notices of default for, among other things, refusing to provide clear instructions and information needed to complete the project, failing to timely pay amounts due, interfering with subcontractors, and other improper and harassing behavior. In fact, the homeowners’ behavior got so bad that we had to have our lawyer send them a cease and desist letter and we even contemplated seeking the issuance of a restraining order. Despite all the issues created by the homeowners, we were able to build the homeowners a beautiful home that passed the final inspections conducted by the homeowners’ lender and building department without issue.

In our 20+ years of doing business, with the exception of this client; we have never had a formal complaint from a client.
