City Homes of Houston for me was an excellent experience. I would highly recommend this builder because he is very knowledgeable in executing ideas like my garage. I was going to have garage door a car port and iron gate his idea was to move the garage door forward and no iron gate so he cut my expense he has a lot of ideas like this and I would not hesitate to hire him again and you will not be stranded any time. I didn't want wooden doors in my living room so he went and got sliding doors. Wow its exactly what I wanted i am so happy every time I look there it reminds me of him wanting to satisfy his customers wish. He has good ideas on how to use all the space wisely in the house. I have seen his work for 8-10 years and when we decided to build we saw other builders work in the area too and he was the best.. He also keeps his word. His work is not delayed unless the weather delays him. He always goes and checks on the workers how they are doing their work, every day. I love my house. The original floor plan I would have had to lock 5 doors with the builders help I only have to lock 3 doors what a difference he made. I wanted plain molding he showed me fluted which I thought I didn't like he put it up and I loved it, so now I have fluted and plain and he guides you if you are confused at any time during building.

Roger Farrow of City Homes is a custom home builder my husband and I carefully selected to build our home. He made every stage of the project a pleasure. His attitude is all a about pleasing the home owner. He hires the most professional and respectful contractors. We especially appreciated his eduction background in engineering That enables him to have expertise on the soundness of all aspects of the building process. He and his contractors gave great attention to design and the finished product. For example, I had a pair of antique arches that he incorporated in our entry. Roger' work to install the arches and incorporate them in the entry produced a stunning result. We are very satisfied and would use City Homes again if we were to build.
