Corgan and Associates operates on a simple principle--that building a custom home should be a wonderful experience for all parties. More than the luxury homes we have built in the past, we most value the friendships we have made with our customers as well as our vendors and sub-contractors. That's why it's so important to us that we build a quality product that will leave a strong, lasting impression. It's also why we want to make sure that our clients have a positive building experience. While they start out as just our customers, they end up our neighbors and friends.

After 20+ years in this business, Bobby is by far one my favorite builders. Although his experience and knowledge in the industry make him second to none, he also has a wonderfully gentle spirit and is truly a pleasure to work with. When working with clients as intimately as we do in the residential building industry, it’s extremely valuable to have team members that bring a touch of personal care for the client’s needs, as well as the various industry partners involved. Bobby is like family! The building experience will actually be enjoyable and memorable with him. He might just be the first person you want to have over for dinner after your beautifully crafted home is complete!
