Gary is very talented with design. His crew is professional, and he always responds when contacted about the project. He recommended Houzz to me, and I found a beautiful bathroom vanity that Gary installed. He's booked solid for months in advance. He's great to work with.

We hired Gary ro build our new home. He was very organized, providing a binder that showed specific timelines of when certain projects would be completed and when we needed to have selections, such as paint and flooring, picked out. His time estimates were accurate and he stayed on budget. He was always available and very knowledgeable. Gary even went to the trouble to find old beams I wanted to use in the house. We will be downsizing in the very near future, and we will again hire Gary to build our home. I wouldn't think of using anyone else!

We had an excellent experience building our custom home with Cornerstone. Gary is the utmost professional. He is extremely organized & communicated with us efficiently/ effectively. His input on the details/ design to make our home unique was invaluable. He was very accommodating to meet our needs/ make adjustments to fit our lot/ circumstances. Moved to Tupelo and renovated a large older home - Gary's reputation was impeccable and his attention to detail was outstanding. Even when we weren't exactly sure what details we wanted, Gary always had great ideas (which he was willing to take the time to put down on paper for us to review in various formats) that we could choose from, alter to our liking, etc. The job went as smoothly as we could have hoped and the final renovation was exactly as we had wished. From start to finish, Gary was honest and up-front on both timelines and cost points. I would give Gary Dailey and Cornerstone Construction my highest recommendation.

Was familiar with Gary's work and reputation....found him and his crew to be a pleasure to work with, and quality of work on our new home consistent with reputation. We first built and priced out the project on paper, and found that to be reasonably close to the final cost. Over all, an 18 month project that went smoothly with Gary's attention to detail...quite pleased and would use again without hesitation.
