Pictures of the basement are flattering, David. Had you asked, I'd give you permission to post more. Mark S is a great person with an eye for distinction. Most sub contractors worked diligently to create a great home. The entire building experience was great! I lived the majority of it through my wife who must be credited for her ideas (95%). The carpenters, masons and tile crews were great. C&M uses a lot of local guys which is good and bad. Most of them seem to have the "only game in town" mentality...easily fixed with more competition. Follow up to the "punch list" was slower than expected. This is especially true given the $$$$ scope of our project. This is disappointing. The bad...landscaping!! Avoid Precision Landscaping At all costs. Forrest Fence and Precision Landscaping do nothing to help your business Mark. Good Communication is key! Word of mouth is your best ad but seeing is believing.

C&M Custom Homes has done a superior job in helping us to design and build our "Forever Dream Home". Beginning with our initial meeting, Mark guided my husband and I from conception to fruition of our dream home. Both he and his staff have been a delight to work with and most importantly, they have listened to our wants and needs and have fulfilled them. C&M uses quality materials and subcontractors and we have complete confidence and trust in their work. Our home is in the final stages of completion and we can't wait to move in!
