HBH was a the worst decision we made!!! Mark seemed like a nice guy and more importantly knowledgeable, but proved to be false! Starting with lies regarding the time of delivery Forgetting order of things Good Subcontractors don’t want to work for him, he doesn’t pay them... or doesn’t pay them on time Forgetting to insulate Forgetting to vent all the bathrooms... Never reachable Never pickes up the phone He is a one man show No one you can talk to at his so called company

This guy appears to be nice but in reality he will not follow contract. Delays and delays. Worse, he may just disappear. His only useful contact information is phone and email. If he ignore both, you can't do anything about it.
