We decided to use LHL Homes Inc to extend our roof over our deck in large part because of the professional attitude and impressive communication skills early on in the project - After only meeting for the estimate, we got extensive drawings and plans that you could tell took some time. Once we decided to use them, the great communication continued. We relied heavily on Dick and Tim's design input in both planning and throughout the construction and we are so pleased with how it came out. They kept the project on budget and on a reliable schedule while still maintaining quality workmanship and a professional environment. We are so in love with our new space! We would highly recommend LHL.

I've worked with LHL on a number of projects over the past few years, and every single experience has been a positive one. These guys know their way around building, and they're also great at listening to their clients and working with them to meet their goals.

LHL Homes just completed a kitchen/laundry room/bathroom remodel for us and we have been completely happy with them from start to finish. Their bidding process was detailed, transparent and in the end very accurate. They were extremely organized throughout the whole project and we especially appreciated their project management; which allowed our family to enjoy the process rather to be overly stressed. They also finished our project ahead of their projected timeline. All of their subs/tradespeople were clean, professional and nice during the interactions we had with them. During the design process they helped us find balance between my desire for an architecturally beautiful kitchen with our need for a functional and practical space. In the end we ended up with exactly what we wanted; quality craftsmanship and materials and a beautiful functional space. We really couldn’t be happier.

We have completed 2 major remodel projects with LHL Homes and have been extremely happy with both. Both went to the studs (full kitchen, bathroom and basement) and LHL handled it from start to finish. I was most impressed w/ their bidding as both projects came in on budget. They only use high quality sub-contractors and you can see it in the results. I love our home now and can’t wait for them to return to do the master bedroom/bath. I highly recommend LHL Homes.

We have used LHL Homes for two remodels, and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a remodel! From the bid process through final completion, they were professional, thorough, and always pleasant to work with. They pay very close attention to detail, especially when helping us with finishes and transitions, the sub-contractors they employ do excellent work. We especially appreciated their transparency and honesty when developing project timelines and budgets, and working with us to complete projects on schedule and at/under budget.

Choosing a remodeling company can seem daunting. Can I trust them in my home? Will they scope the job accurately and anticipate all dependencies to avoid surprises? Do they communicate well? Do they have quality subs? Do they deliver on schedule and budget? Are they true to their word? After working with the team at LHL Homes over three projects (complete kitchen remodel, master bath and guest bath remodel), I can say -- without qualification -- yes. In fact, I'm now working with them on a fourth project -- a refresh of our basement. Quality team, extremely courteous and they keep things fun. I will continue to use them and offer my highest recommendation.

These are a great group of guys to work with. They were very patient with us, through the initial phone call through the drafting of several house designs and then throughout the actual construction process. The materials were high quality and look wonderful! Most of all, Dave and Dick were really great with our reluctant ten year old, who was sad to see the go at the completion of the project! Would definitely recommend them in both terms of professionality and personality.

We asked to LHL Homes build a 600 square foot Granny Flat in our backyard in 2019. From beginning to end, Dick, Tim and Dave were extremely professional and helpful. They have so much experience building and remodeling homes, and it clearly shows in their work. While keeping an eye on the budget, LHL managed to produce a thoughtful design that made the best use of our limited space. Communication with them was easy, and we always felt like we were their most important client. They worked hard to keep the jobsite clean, safe and secure. It’s evident that LHL Homes has the utmost respect of both their vendors and contractors. Together, they focused on building superior product that was completed ahead of schedule. Now that the project is finished, we are extremely happy with the home. It turned out beautifully, and I am grateful to Tim, Dick and Dave for taking the job!

Our kitchen update was all we anticipated and more We had a very collaborative design process LHL did a great job of explaining our options and the associated costs. Their tradespeople are all very professional and clearly understood and respected the level of craftsmanship and detail that LHL expects. Excellent problem solving, clear communications and attention to detail were evident throughout the process. This is our second major project with LHL.

I was fortunate to buy a lovely custom home built by LHL in 2004. Construction and durability was top-notch and it was truly my dream home. Life circumstances prompted me to move to another neighborhood recently where I purchased a 60 year old home. The master bathroom was nearly non-functional after the previous owner suffered a botched and aborted remodel. I was thrilled to know LHL would help me remodel the bath. Dick, Dave, their subcontractors and vendors were great at guiding me through design, material selection, colors, and ambiance. Every detail was carefully finished to my expectations. They were conscientious to minimize disruption in our home during the work. The end result was a soothing, beautiful, warm and highly functional bathroom we will enjoy for many years!

LHL Homes met or exceeded all of our expectations. They listened carefully to our must-have features and implemented all. When there were decisions to modify the plan or to select materials/appliances they involved us and always honored our wishes. All of their subs/trades people did outstanding work with high quality materials. Prior to occupancy together we created a pick list and all those "fixes" were done quickly and completely. Well after we took occupancy we discovered a few flaws (water filtration, gas furnace, gas stove controls) which they fixed promptly. The folks at LHL Homes are honest, trustworthy builders who turn out high quality homes at a reasonable price. They supported us well after occupancy when issues were identified. We highly recommend LHL Homes without reservation.

Worked with LHL to build our home and couldn't be happier with the project start to finish. Quality work, detail oriented, easy to work with.
