We have been working with Jon at Qualitas Company for many years. Jon is very concerned about the finished product and does not cut corners as a result. The quality of his projects is second to none and he is very easy to work with. We would recommend him to anyone that is building a new residence or remodeling an old one.

Remodel of condo. Since we did not live in the area, we depended on Jon's experience with local tradesmen, craftsmen and products. The finished job was high quality, and low stress for us. We highly recommend this contractor.

I purchased an older, 1950's vintage house that badly needed remodeling, expansion and Infra-structure revamp. In looking for a contractor, I was referred Qualitas by a trusted co-worker. My requirements for a contractor were honesty, reputation, craftsmanship, cost and reliability. As a business professional, I did not have much time for hands-on supervision. On top of this, I had no experience with building or remodeling a house and needed a lot of guidance with ideas and materials selection. After one conversation with Jon Harper of Qualitas Company, I knew that this was the contract firm for the job. Jon gave me a detailed and very fair estimate. He explained how every step of the process would occur. He spent countless hours helping me with design ideas and closely supervised all aspects of the sub-contractor's work. We spoke on a daily basis. He helped me in the selection of stone, cabinet design and finish materials. The project turned out better than I ever expected. The quality and craftmanship of the finished product was impeccable, the project was on-time, at budget and as promised. Working with Jon was such a pleasure. Approximately two years ago , I started a small "pocket" housing development in Coeur d' Alene, ID. Jon Harper, from the beginning (purchase, architectural and planning phases), to the completion (approval and occupation) Jon was the critical factor for success. We completed eighteen two bedroom two bath and two two bedroom, one bath units. Every inch for planning and construction was precious and utilized. The project cost was approximately $2,000,000 and was completed in a timely ( abeit interrupted by weather) and satisfactory way, under budget, and beautifully done. I was fortunate to work with Jon Harper at Qualitas, and with the Community 1st Bank of Coeur d' Alene. With out their expertise and extremely supportive attitude, it would not have been impossible. Qualitas Company was the general contractor on a multi-family construction project in Coeur d'Alene. The project was built on time and within budget. The construction site was neat and clean throughout the project. The paperwork was thorough and organized. I would recommend Qualitas without hesitation.
