We LOVE our Rasband home! These builders are professional, efficient, and care about the quality of their work, even beyond the sale. The home was completed on schedule and is everything we could have hoped for. Our experience from start to finish has been exceptional!

We purchased a "spec home" before it was built. Rasband made it easy and enjoyable to customize our home into what we envisioned. They kept us involved the whole way and asked us preferences on the little details, which made a big difference! When we wanted to make changes during construction they were easy to work with and didn't charge us change fees like the majority of other builders. Our home was ready before their original deadline, which both shocked and awed our parents who both built homes with other custom builders. We love our home and the personalized touch that Rasband offers. A lot of our friends have built with other builders and when they come into our home they can see and feel the difference in the high quality of our Rasband home.

Rasband Homes is an excellent builder. They built our home and were very accommodating for modifications and additions in a timely and professional way. I would recommend them to build a house for anyone. They are excellent!!!
