My wife and I purchased a spec home built by Valverdi Custom Homes in the Leander Grand Mesa area. We fell in love with the home the minute we walked through the door. The floor plan was incredible and exactly what we were looking for. Also, the quality of the construction was excellent. In fact, a neighbor of ours, who is an engineer, stated he would walk buy and view the home nearly every day and told us we were receiving a very well-built home. At closing we found a few minor corrections that needed to be addressed and they were handled very well and expeditiously. We would definitely use them again if we were to build a home.

Valverdi Custom Homes produced an excellent home for me in a timely manner. I give them my highest possible recommendation. The subcontractors were extremely skillful, and the builder was on-site very frequently to ensure their work followed the architect's instructions. He went out of his way on many occasions to make the house perfect. He worked with me closely to get my opinions on details that the design didn't specify. Overall, it was great working with this company. You often hear people who built their house say "oh, it was the hardest, worst experience we ever had," but that means they didn't have Valverdi working for them!
