Auburn Custom Kitchens

I have ordered over a hundred kitchens from Lori and her company. Never had a problem. Class act. Not sure what that other reviewer is talking about.

This cabinet store is the most unprofessional business I have ever met. They will promise you the world and once your cabinets are delivered( 2 weeks late and have cashed you check) customer service is unavailable. They will make up any excuse, lie and act like they know everything about installation(which none of them have have done) and it’s all a facade. Stay clear of this company. You can have custom built cabinets, for less price and far superior then their cabinets( which will be delivered damaged, sub-standard quality and then say “thats the way they come!!!

Lori and everyone at ACK did a fantastic job with our kitchen remodel. From her assistance with the layout and design of the cabinets to the crews that did the installation it was a wonderful experience and we still very much love our kitchen! Our kitchen is 18' x 9' L shape with a section on the other side for the cooktop and wall oven next to it. We used Omega cabinetry with a mix of standard, semi-custom and custom cabinet configurations. The wood is Pecan. Lori even tracked down pulls for all the cabinets that look just like the pulls on the KitchenAid appliances that we selected to complement it.
