They are very professional This is custom work When deposits are given they are non refundable I u deer stand that Not store bought people need to not contract for custom work if they are expecting refund I made a great friend with owners and proud to gain a beautiful quality home theater cabinet

Be warned - these people took a large deposit, made promises and never produced anything. The husband and wife contradicted each other throughout our frustrating experience with them. In the end, they took several thousand dollars as a 'deposit' yet they didn't perform any work inside our home. I have communicated with other customers who experienced the same thing. The owner's response to another reviewer on this website is pathetic. She is actually the one who is extremely difficult to deal with yet this owner blames her clients. I am not sure how these people sleep at night with how they conduct themselves.

I received a home office unit from FLORIDA HOME THEATER CABINETS and very much enjoyed the wonderful, and professional treatment. I was concerned about all of my office equipment fitting in the small space i had available, but everything fit like a glove. There are no ugly wires showing and i was able to have the best functional space i ever could imagine. The designer is so sweet and she takes her job very personally to make sure that everything I wished to have and need was satisfied to my expectations. The construction and the quality of the product are at the highest level and the installation was very timely. I would recommend the company to anybody.

I called Florida Home Theater Cabinets and I was very pleased with their fast response to my message. I had a designer come out to give me a FREE in home measure and design on a custom unit that I would be using for gaming. The designer understood what I wanted and was wonderful putting that into a real world item that you couldn’t find at any store. As with any company there was a clear contract to sign. The company kept me informed on the status of my product and within a few weeks had it installed into my home. The company followed through from start to finish even offering up some recommended installers for my electronic equipment, this was not needed. I would say to anyone regardless of the size of custom job you needed, give them a call the price was within what I had in mind and the product looks great.

Provider accepted $3000 deposit but refuses to fill order. I met with Florida Home Theater Company last January & hired them to build a TV cabinet for my home. Provider has not filled my order but refuses to return my $3000 deposit. They refuse to complete and deliver it without a signed contract, but we have never been able to agree on the terms. They refuse to return my deposit but also refuse to build my cabinet

Never refused to build cabinet or deliver although this customer refused to confirm final design to accommodate for her personalized equipment for TV and remote she owned...she said NO to a simple speaker area needed as she changed her mind not to buy a RF remote therefor we had to add a larger speaker grill for her cable box as the TV lift unlike old days is made for FLAT screens and not the BIG BoX TVs anymore..She was offered a partial refund for the majority of the deposit because she would not agree to this vital area I her cabinet already ordered piece. This customer was very hard to work with as she left our company hanging for almost 1 years as she travels and then demanded unjustifiably a full refund even after labor and materials purchased. We are fair and have over3000 happy customers throughout many decades in business and some folks just can't not work with to make happy..Much sadness and regrets.
