From the first consultation with Jeff Caudel they have been amazing. The staff is professional, courteous and always ensures that they keep my home clean while they are working on it. Jeff put a new roof on our home as well as did other repairs to the exterior and interior of our home. In addition we had our home painted by Caudel builders. I could not be happier with the work they have done. My house looks brand new and I am so happy.

Roof came out looking great! Caudel was very accommodating with the laundry list of details that I was concerned about, they went right down the list and covered them all. They were even able to straighten some sagging trusses, which took the waviness out of the front part of the roof on our older home. The entire house looks a great deal better as a result.

I worked with Jeff on several projects for the company I worked for. He had always done a fine job at a fair price and that's why I hired him to re-roof my home. He was prompt with the appointment and proposal. The crew stayed on the job from start to completion. He even responded after the job and corrected something I wasn't totally happy with. You won't go wrong with Jeff.

Caudel Builders did a great job repairing a water leak in my wall. Framing had to be replaced, stucco removed and replaced, new sheetrock, paint, and every other little detail. Jeff was very professional and came out of his way to work on my home even though it wasn't in an area he usually served. He was very professional and helpful. His contractors were dependable and did a good job. I would recommend him to others and use him again if I ever had the need.

Great experience with Jeff and his team. Very responsive in all matters. We would (and have) hired them again. In an industry where you hear about contractors leaving jobs unfinished and taking your money, you will not have to worry about that with him. They stand by their promises. They even came in under budget.

Do not even try guys. Jeff Caudel and his company is a total failure. Do not believe what he promise or anything relate. If you bare to try, make sure you have your contract signed with starting and ending dates..Even though, this is the least of the problems I had with this contractor. His subcontractors is something that you have to pay attention to it, they are even worse. No worthy guys, keep looking.

We handled the project as efficiently as possible with communication and coordination concerning the parts of the project they were handling directly. Despite their discontent they have reached out to us regarding warranty issues since their posting and we have been happy to resolve the issues within one business day.
