Christian Fekete Architecture and Design

We had the pleasure of working Christian last summer who expertly guided us through a complicated 1790s farm house renovation.

I have nothing but the highest praise for the efficiency, creative imagination and very detailed detail of the architectural plan submitted to me by Christian Fekete for the addition to my house. It consisted of a bedroom ,shower and a walk-in-closet. To connect the two roofs was particularly tricky .For any of the questions that arose by the builder, Christian was always available and often came by supervise it in person. He was highly recommended to me and more than lived up to my expectations,

Christian Fekete turned my 1960 lego-brick shaped ranch house with aluminum siding into an elegant showcase home with a one room addition and wrap around porch. An improved roofline, new windows and durable new materials finished the transformation. He also "greened" it through solar panels, insulation and a heat pump, reducing my electric bill to close to zero (on a net basis) and eliminating $4000 of heating oil from my annual budget. Practical and creative; easy to work with. He found value and savings in addition to design. Highly recommend.

I have had the great opportunity to work with Mr. Fekete regarding the building plan for my house. During this time I have been very impressed by the dedicated manner with which Christian has approached my project. He has displayed a motivational level and seriousness of purpose, which I have rarely encountered in past experience with other architecture firms.
