We recently completed a total remodel and redesign of our kitchen. The design included a 60 sq ft bump out for which a variance was required. The variance was granted without any changes or modifications to Maria's drawings...and the execution of her plans went off without a hitch. My wife and I hired Decosimo Architects for not one but two projects. Clearly if we were not happy with the result of the first project we would not have hired them for the second project. The design work was exceptional and the attention to detail truly outstanding. Her creativity and ability to maximize space transformed nice homes into elegance that still protected the integrity of the best aspects of the original home. Lastly, her ability to work overtime to ensure that contractors met the highest standards of delivering her design made me feel like I had a true partner in these endeavors. Her fee structure was fair and the firm is completely transparent with respect to all expenses. Decosimo Architecture has my highest recommendation for any home project.
