Square One Design & Drafting

I would like to share an amazing experience I had dealing with Erik at Square One Design & Drafting. From the 1st phone conversation I had with Erik, I realized how professional and knowledgeable he is in his field of work and beyond. I am not from Nor. Cal and had to rely solely on the information Erik provided me on the property over the phone/email. He went to the site and took some high resolution pictures that helped me understand the issues we were dealing with. He made it really easy for me to understand the technicalities involved. Further, he even took the time to go to the county and visited the building department for me to check on plans. If you ever need anything done on your property from getting new construction/rehab/addition designs and plans to permits and blueprints, be sure to check with Erik as he is very honest and professional.

I have known Erik for five years now as a colleague. He has very innovative ideas for designing residential homes. He has a passion for using nontraditional building resources and believes in sustainability. He works well with clients and has built a wonderful reputation for his design firm. He has even let me pick his brain a few times.
