ARTISTIC POOLS CONSTRUCTION

This place dragged things out with a pool that was installed in Indian Lake. They completed 14 months past the promised date of completion. They didn’t install a saltwater pool as promised, they didn’t install all the features promised on the Splash pad. They didn’t repair things under warranty, they took weeks to respond to calls, they didn’t help pass inspections as promised to open the pool, they didn’t train as promised in the contract. The pool is finally open but still waiting on them to finish repairs. They are lucky that the bucket that fell off the splash pad two days after finally opening didn’t hurt anyone (still waiting on the repair). They wouldn’t reimburse for the items the owner had to subcontract out to get completed. It’s been a total nightmare.

We signed a contract with Artistic Pools in July 2020 for 18’x38’ rectangular pool, surrounding pool deck, auto cover and vinyl privacy fence. We were assured the project would start in Aug 2020 and be done shortly after. It has been a nightmare ever since. On 8/31/21 the job is no where near complete. While their business manager still answers calls, he offers no answers on the construction schedule or if/when the job will ever be complete. His response is the owner makes the schedule but calls,texts and emails to the owner have gone unanswered. We are very concerned at this point the job will never be completed. We have asked and been told this is not due to material shortages for the job or waiting for subcontractors. We have paid this company the first two draws over $64k dollars. I would caution anyone looking to use this company for future projects in Ohio and now in Florida.
