Crystal Cove Pools

We interviewed several pool contractors before selecting Crystal Cove Pools. After our initial conversation they came back with a design that was exactly what we were looking for and was within our budget. Our contract clearly laid out the deliverables, work schedule and payment schedule, and outlined the work that would be done by the masonry sub-contractor, Carlos Orozco and Fifth Element Design. The project took a little over two months, and we could not be happier with our new pool, spa, patio and barbecue/bar. The crews showed up every day, worked very long hours, cleaned up every day, and were always professional and happy to answer questions. The design, materials, workmanship and overall construction quality are first rate. I would highly recommend Crystal Cove Pools and Fifth Element Design for any pool, spa or landscaping project you are considering.

If I could add more stars for this review I would. Design presentation blew competitors away. When traveling for business I stayed in the loop through their photo stream. Workmanship? Immaculate! Answering calls, texts, and emails? Instant! It's all in the detail and service and both are off the charts.

I am so happy with my project I had to write a review. Everything seemed too easy of a process to be a swimming pool project. Everyday I was updated with what was going on and what was going to happen for the week. The design is a masterpiece. Thank you!
