Blue Sun Construction did a significant renovation of my condo a few years ago. I have only good things to say about them. They were thoughtful, professional, conscientious about time and budget. They worked closely with me to insure their results matched my vision. They assisted when I was drawing blanks. At the completion of the project they made sure my condo was clean. They followed up on any punch list items quickly. All in all I had a great experience with Blue Sun Construction and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I worked with David for several weeks to create a quote for a pretty major overhaul on our house and had a great time working with him. Unfortunately, we didn’t end up moving forward, but his expertise and organization around the project were evident. He spent several hours walking the property with us and helped me talk through several different ideas I was going back and forth on. AMAZING work! We hired Blue Sun Construction without really knowing the company. We had contacted other companies as well, and David came back with a reasonable cost for what we wanted in our master suite renovation (bedroom, bathroom, walk-in). David and his crew were professional, friendly and helpful throughout the entire project. I couldn’t be HAPPIER! I recently moved into a house and needed to remove a dining room wall. I called multiple contractors, but literally upon meeting David I knew he was going to be honest and provide detailed work that was done the right way. He and his team were upfront every step f way; when removing a large load barring wall, a lot of issues can come up and every time something did, they reviewed all options and walked us through the pros and cons of each option. His team was professional, fair, and a company not only do I recommend, but a company that I will be going back to (already have another 3-4 projects in the queue!). Highly recommended.
