Do not use this contractor. I had some work done in July of 2020. Right away I had some issues with a door that warped within weeks of the job completion. The builder was unwilling to fix the issue and instead told me I could pay full price for another door. Unacceptable. Additionally, she failed to provide and actual quotes for the projects, to include a concrete patio, a sump pump install, and drainage pipes from the gutters. They failed to complete bury the pipes and some are still above ground. When I brought this to their attention, they said I should had laid sod on top. I have since had issues with the sump pump which broke so a literal one year later, I had to pay for another pump. When I called the builder about this, they told me that I voided my warranty. When I asked to see the warranty, they ceased contact. DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR
