Freedom Construction provides a build to fit design, specializing in Residential and Commercial Roofing & Construction. Each project is uniquely crafted from the drawing of the design to the final product. Our mission is to take our clients' imagination and make it tangible. We take the American Dream Home from a universal standard to an individualized creation. My name is Pancho Sanchez and I am the Owner at Freedom Construction. I value integrity and honoring my clients' time. Over the course of twenty plus years, actively in construction, I've learned how to take an imagination and make it into a livable reality. The team at Freedom construction could not have been more pleasant to work with. There project manager Nick was able and ready to take on this extremely difficult renovation. Dealing with building rules and regulations as well as Covid restrictions and lack of help from supply chain. He was under the tutelage of Pancho Sanchez who is owner of Freedom. Pancho like everyone else was dealing with supply chain issues and deadlines. But he managed to keep everyone on point. Pancho has a great list of Sub contractors. I would highly recommend the staff that laid down my porcelain floor. Electrician his name is Chris. Sheetrock and mechanical was great do not remember there names though. Of course this project was tedious and took longer than expected. But highly recommend!

Pancho, Nick, and the crew are amazing! Freedom renovated my condo and it is the most beautiful space ever. The craftsmanship is top notch and every detail was thoughtfully considered. I cannot say enough good things about these guys.

We hired Grelite to renovate our kitchen and bar area. Pancho and his crew did an excellent job, designing, fabricating and installing new cabinets, countertops and backsplashes. His price was very reasonable and his work was excellent. His workmen were reliable and neat and excellent craftsmen. I would recommend Grelite very highly.

Pancho and his team did an amazing job on our house. They helped in every way, from the design to construction they could not have been more helpful. They painted the whole house put in new floors, custom cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom and redid both our bathrooms. I would recommend Grelite with any house project of any kind.

We had BRT do a remodel and expansion of our 12,000 sq. ft. gym. The 2,600 sq. ft. expansion started as an empty shell to which we added 2 bathrooms with showers, 3 offices, a kitchen, storage, spinning room and aerobics area. Pancho and his guys were prompt, thorough and did a great job and we stayed on budget. All minor punch work finishing touches were done in a timely manner.
