We use our over 20 years of construction experience to act as a liaison between Homeowners and subcontractors to make sure projects get accomplished. I had my front door & a bay window replaced with Impact windows & doors by GEMA Construction. Working with the owner was a very positive overall experience. Although it was a relatively small job, they were very helpful & instrumental in making sure the planning of the project was Spot On. From planning, to permitting, to hiring an architect to draw plans to make sure it met all City of Ft. Lauderdale Codes & building regulations. Once all that was completed, all measurements were done & confirmed. Impact Windows and doors were ordered. Upon arrival the installation took just one day start to finish. They took all the old units out & disposed of them for me. I was very Happy with the team that did the installation. They used visquine / plastic drop cloth to cover up all my furniture & cleaned up all their debris. I am very Happy with their work, professionalism & only wish I had the funds to do my whole house. But will be hiring them again soon for the next phase. Thanks GEMA Construction.
