IvarsSon Construction does great work! I haven't asked them to do anything that they have said 'no' to, nor has not been great work! Prices are reasonable and a solid, reliable team. I use IvarsSon Construction for my house, my parents' house and 3 rental townhomes. I entered a project date below, but have been working with the company for the last 2 years.

We used Eric Christianson owner of Ivarsson Construction to remodel our kitchen three years ago, based on the high quality and pricing of this job we then hired Eric to cover, screen-in, and enlarge our deck in 2014. Our final job with Eric was to re-do our master bath last summer. Based on each of these jobs, we have found Eric to be: Flexible; extremely honest; good natured; offers thorough estimates; does not squabble over mid-project changes; and, has never failed to fix, repair, and/or make-right issues that we find with the projects. He's a pleasure to work with, we highly recommend him, and are willing to be references for potential clients of his.

We were looking for a contractor who would remodel our main bath which entailed removing the 1987 Jacuzzi tub, replacing it with a conventional tub, adding a tiled shower, and replacing the floor tile. Our real estate agent recommended Eric, owner of IvarsSon Construction. After Eric came to the house it was clear we had found someone with whom we could not only trust, but more importantly count on to complete the project within budget, on time and incorporate my wife’s plan of what she wanted done. Eric Christiansen helped me remodel my bathroom in a very affordable, yet up to date with the latest styles and trends. He pays close attention to details, is very courteous, conscientious, and always has a smile on his face. His work is done in a very timely fashion and he is always on time with his appointments. He has also helped me carpet my basement and my entire upstairs, and paint all the rooms in my house. His attention to detail is top notch and he gets the job done. I would highly recommend him and his company to do any work needed in my home.

Eric, the owner is so kind and helpful. He had suggestions but allowed me to form my own opinions. Every time we made a request, he was willing to accommodate. The end product of cabinet painting, new hardware, counter tops, a new island was meticulous.

IvarSon Construction renovated four bathrooms, stained our deck, and did numerous other smaller repairs. The work was done to our satisfaction in a reasonable amount of time. Eric even volunteered to do a couple of repairs at no charge! We are continuing to use his services.
