My husband and I had trouble figuring out a plan for our backyard landscaping ,what we needed, and Kris was happy to visit our home and create multiple plans with us. I interviewed three contractors for remodeling our bathrooms. The first contractor came very late; the second one was prompt, but I felt like I was getting a smooth talker; the third (Kris) was prompt in arriving and straight forward is the discussion. He communicated well with me throughout the project and if something was not right, his response was "We'll fix it, don't worry." True to his word, all concerns were fixed. I've referred Kris to others and will hire him again myself when needed. Every day I appreciate the work that was done! Loving it.

Ido ( Kris ) is very kind and professional. My wife and I have used him twice now and next year planning on doing a bathroom remodel. We had him transform our backyard into something I never thought of and so pleased at the outcome plus he also did our roof which leaked and needed to be replaced. I knew we chose the right man for the job when he had a portapotty placed in our driveway when we had the backyard done. He cares for his employees.

This was my first major remodeling project. I had never worked with a contractor before, and I was worried about trusting my house and investing a considerable amount of money with somebody I had never met before. I interviewed some contractors, and I wasn't happy that they wanted to sell me what they had, rather than listening to me and helping me develop a design that could fulfill my expectations and accommodate my budget. I liked Ido from the beginning because he listened to me, and showed professionalism and respect from the first day. Ido clearly has a lot of experience in the business, and he helped me develop ideas that ended up in the beautiful interior design that I have now. He and his engineer came up with a solution to modify the structure of my home, so I could turn the kitchen, dining room and living room into a large open space. At first I didn't think it would be possible - but Ido and his team came up with the right solution and executed it efficiently and in the estimated time. I was also worried at the beginning about out of control costs - I had heard many horror stories from other people before. But Ido proved to be fair and worked with me when unexpected issues appeared. We negotiated a scope of work and a written estimate from the beginning, and I didn't pay a dollar over what was negotiated. There were budget overruns - but they came from issues that were not possible to see before starting the work. Ido was clear at the beginning that, because the house is old, he didn't know what he may uncover once he removed the walls and the underfloor, and there could be extra expenses. These extra expenses came from things like uncovering a very uneven subfloor, replacing a 70 year old iron sewer, adding structure to bring things up to code, and a few other minor things. But Ido was always willing to work with me on the pricing, and I found him to be pretty fair. I have to say - the sticker price seemed steep at the beginning, and adding the overruns was a strain on my budget. But in the end, you get what you pay for. Ido delivered what he promised he would deliver. He was always on top of things, listened to all my concerns and responded very efficiently and professionally to what I asked for. Being an engineer myself, I can be strict when focusing on details, but Ido always accommodated my requests (as long as they were reasonable, of course). I was also very happy that the house was finished in the promised timeframe. Before starting the job, I heard lots of stories from friends that worked with other contractors about how they always blew up the schedule, but that wasn't the case with Ido. There were a few minor delays because of the issues that we discovered during the construction, but overall, the project was finished on time and at a reasonable cost. My house now looks like a new house, and I'm enjoying it every day. I will definitely recommend Ido and his company to anybody that is thinking of doing a remodeling job.
