Weisbrich Construction was easy to work with and very professional. They came out on a weekend and worked up a quote for us. We hired them to side our house, fixed any areas that needed to be fixed and they did it in a timely manner. They did a great job for us and would highly recommend them.

Cody was wonderful. I called for an estimate and he quickly came out and gave us an estimate for a full roof replacement. I was worried about what he might find after removing the old roof (the sagging was quite severe). Cody gave me piece of mind by informing me of the worst case scenario price. Cody also worked with me as I added on additional jobs. He installed a venting bathroom fan where there wasn’t one in the hall bathroom and replaced another fan in the master bathroom. Thank you Cody for the piece of mind throughout the project.

I also trust Cody’s professional judgment, certain that he will have a creative solution ready if anything unexpected arises (and in home improvement jobs, there is always something!). Weisbrich Construction has worked on several projects for me, including a complete basement remodel plus two bathrooms. The estimated project cost was reasonable and stayed within budget throughout the work.

Cody did a great job putting a metal roof and siding on our garage. He could have just slapped the siding over some of the older wood that wasn't in good shape, but he came to us and explained why it would be better to replace some of the wood instead. Cody takes pride in his work and wanted us to be pleased in the short and long term. He was only over budget because of this unforeseen issue with the structure. Cody kept the work area clean and always made sure the items in our garage were secure. The job was a bit slow because he worked primarily by himself, but the quality was great. We get compliments on our garage all the time.

Cody built a stair rail for my house and installed a handrail. I have worked with him on other projects earlier this year, and I plan to work with him again. For the stair railing, he provided all materials, then painted, stained, and installed them. He stays on task, on time, and on budget.
