Silvia is an excellent professional, organized and very communicative. We hire her to convert a room into a home theater/flex room where the entire family and special our teen son would love to spend time with friends not only watching movies; the result is amazing. She was intuitive and able to discern what my husband and I wanted. She came with a really nice design, opening a walking closet and converting it into a modern bar/snacks area with a modern quartzite waterfall countertop, integrating it to the theater area. The furniture colors and style where chosen with a good taste and the comfort of every chair or couch fits perfect the activity for what it supposes to be use, some furniture is fix but other you can have multiple rooms configurations, she even designed a built in where we have decoration and we hide a table designed for game cards. Lights, sound system and finishes make this room unique and very enjoyable. Construction can be stressful, but any stress was minimized by her communication and follow up. Silvia supervised every installation, making sure every contractor will do their best. I highly recommend I&I Design; you will not have to move a finger to make your dream come true.

Love the way Sílvia works her design, in my parents apartment were she maximize every space to create a wonderful environment and confortable stay. The colors of the walls, the flooring and kitchen design were amazing.

I hired i&i Designs, owned by Silvia Parra, to helped me redecorate my entire house. For 20 years we’ve had our house on a contemporary/traditional with a lot of raw finish throughout. It looked beautiful when style trends asked for it. In 2018 color we’re wearing out, the decoration was old and decided it was time for a change. I had seeing Silvia’s work in some of my friends house and loved everything she’s done for them. I decided to called her and ask for her help. After a few months our house looks like another home and it is absolutely beautiful. Every contractor she hired asked me they could please take pictures of the work so they could post them in their site because everything looked great in the house, the design flowed to every corner and every renovated part complemented the other. I was impressed by Silvias strong sense of design and style and the easibility she makes choices when designing and making recommendations. She helped me with a new built in piece at the entrance, with shades and drapes, colors on the wall, color for kitchen and bathrooms cabinets, wall paper chandeliers, and furniture and decoration shopping. Our house looks now like if I was inside a magazine’s pictures. A new more modern style that we are so in love with. I’m amazed by the entrance built in design. It’s a flying wood black piece with a black silver veins piece of mármol on top and Mirrors all the what about you up to the 14’ ceilings. She found an gorgeous chandelier to put right in front of it and two candelabros, on for each side of the mirrors. The wall paper in the wall right acccross the built in reflect in the mirrors making everything flow and embracing the entire design in a beautiful way. She has great style. Silvia managed the contractors very well and was very responsive to my inquiries. Anything that I asked to retouch or revisited was. She did an amazing job!!!

We recently worked with Silvia for our redesign, remodel, and redecoration of our home. From the very start of our project, she helped us to feel comfortable in making all the right decisions. She is multitalented in many design and decorating fields. First, she was able to draw accurate designs from our combined ideas. Then she was able to coordinate those ideas in working blueprints with her architect. Then she stayed on the worksite, making sure that the contractor followed every step correctly. Finally, she helped us to purchase and set up all the furnishings to complement the new designs. We would highly recommend her to anyone wishing to turn their new or previously lived -in house into a dream home.
