We recently bought a condo in Florida that needed remodeling. Sandy had beautifully designed my sister's home in PA so I immediately called her for her expertise and assistance. With review of the floor plans, she offered me many choices for my new kitchen design to make the most of opening a space between the kitchen and the living area. She found options for all tile and fixtures in NJ that could also be bought by my contractor in Florida. Having the very detailed and tile design elevation made the bath renovations a breeze. She also provided us with quallity furnishings that she had shipped directly to Florida. The paint colors are both soothing and interesting. We LOVE the space now because of its big personality that closely resembles a 5 star hotel--only more cozy and inviting! My family and I are truly amazed at the transformation and now look forward to many future vacations in our home away from home.

When I moved from NJ to California I still called Sandy of Realm Designs to help me with the floorplan layouts and furniture placement in my home. Because we downsized, we needed help on making the space functional and organized. She integrated my existing furniture and personalized our space with new bedding, window treatments and new furniture where we needed. Even though we worked mostly though emails and phone calls, her ideas were amazing and she translated them well with drawings, floorplans and photo presentations. Moving was stressful enough, but with her help, we transitioned wonderfully into our new home with her guidance.

I am a professional designer who has worked with the owner, Sandra Lambert, on several occasions. Sandra is a true professional in her demeanor and is especially creative in her design abilities. She brings to the table interesting perspectives in the form of a variety of space planning options as well as furniture and finish selections. Her designs are cohesive and have a style that reflects her client's vision in an elegant and sophisticated manner. She is a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend her firm Realm Designs for any design project.

We had an extensive addition and remodeling project in which Realm Designs Inc. prepared concepts for the addition as well as a full remodel of our entire home. The result was beautiful and has greatly improved the quality of our day to day use of our home. Realm Designs Inc. carefully listened to our objectives and suggested options and materials that really reflected our taste and a functional (yet elegant) use of the space. We could not be happier!

I was trying to furnish and design my little girls’ room. Months had passed and I still could not find the perfect furniture. I wanted something unique and handmade. I began working with Realm Designs and within days they found what I had been looking for. They have so many resources I did not have access to. The bed is just perfect and I was able to get the custom color I was looking for. Wish I would have called them sooner!

I remodeled my kitchen in a summer home built in the early 1900's - that in itself was a challenge. She showed me ideas that were so creative and intelligent that I never would have thought of. Sandra’s expertise was invaluable for our project . We received everything we needed ASAP from samples, to drawings, and quick lead times on cabinetry.
