Window Fashions

Jerry Belcher and his wife visited our apartment last week to give me an estimate for a window treatment. They were here almost one hour and, as they were leaving, Jerry gave me a verbal estimate of $1800 to "fabricate and install custom drapery and pole swags for the patio door and adjoining window over the PTAC unit". I agreed to those terms and he informed me that a written agreement would be forthcoming. Much to my dismay, a week later I received his "Order Acknowledgement" and amazingly, his price had increased to $2653.60 and, in that letter, he stated that the fabric had already been ordered from Germany. I don't know how, with this unethical behavior, he has stayed in business as long as he has. Totally unsatisfactory.

Always responsive, incredible quality and simply just nice people to work with. I have had the opportunity in my work to utilize the services of this family owned LOCAL business on more than one occasion. They always take great care of me and my client! Highly recommend!
