I used this company to completely redo the two master bedroom closets in the house we bought in The Villages. Gerry and his team were great! They were able to handle the design process remotely (while I was still in MD), I just had to feed them dimensions. They were able to get each closet done in one day. Looks beautiful! Warm wood for my closet, white for my wife's. Plenty of shelving and hanging space. Very accommodating. Highly recommend you try them out.

I hired Gerry from Closet Crafters to re-do 2 of my closets and build-out an office space in one of my extra bedrooms in January 2021. I had used him previously to re-do my master closet, and he had done a wonderful job. He came as scheduled and completed my 2 closets in my extra bedrooms, and did a great job. However, when it comes to the build-out office space in the other bedroom, not so much. When I would call him for a status (he never once called me on his own), he kept telling me that he wasn't receiving the doors from his supplier. Okay, I can live with the fact that he's unable to receive the product from a supplier; that is something over which he has no control. However, he does have control over calling me and providing a status/update. I called him 3 weeks ago on Friday and he suggested that he go ahead and install what he had so that I would at least have the bookshelves/desktop, as long as I understood that he would have to wait on the doors for the cabinets until they finally came in even though this isn't the way he generally likes to work, but since it had been so long he was trying to accommodate me and gave me the choice. I agreed to that. He promised me he would call me the following Monday after he received the shipping notice from his supplier to schedule a date for the installation. He did not call me on that Monday. I called and left him a voicemail on Tuesday morning about 8:30 a.m. He did not return the call. I called him again about 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday morning (at which time I could tell he was actually on the other line at the time and not clicking over to answer the incoming call) and left another voicemail. Again, he did not return the call. This is very unprofessional, and extremely frustrating. At the very least he should have called me back and said he didn't want to do the work until he had received all of the product or that he had decided he didn't want to do the work at all. Because of this treatment, I would no longer recommend him for any work even though I had previously referred him to a couple of different people.
