I sought three estimates in my selection process. I had three criteria: time frame, quality, and price. Diane's estimate was not the least expensive, but she had the best design and quality for the money. I thought initially that I would use a national chain closet company. They came in over $3,000 higher with less to offer...flat front drawers and no glass in the upper doors. The company that came in with a lesser estimate took a full week to get the estimate to me and the person who did the design was not the same as the person who came to the house, so the design was off and they were vague about construction quality. Diane was so very professional, had some good ideas, listened, and was punctual. On install day, we knew exactly when to expect her and the team. They were just terrific! The quality really is wonderful. My husband was dubious about even needing this closet work, but once we were moved into our closet, he confessed he "loves the closet". Diane and her team at Georgia Closet designed, manufactured and installed 7 custom closets in our newly built house in Blairsville, GA. Everything about the experience was positive! We couldn't be happier with the results, and we feel very fortunate to have found Georgia Closet on the internet. Also, so much more personal dealing with Diane and Georgia Closet compared to some of the larger franchise closet groups. We elected to use the "hanging" methodology in which the installation of the closet component don't require disruption of the base boards. A great choice and outcome!!!

Diane was absolutely amazing from the 1st phone call to the very end of my master bedroom closet “face lift”. Our master closet is small and configured a little strange but Diane took on the challenge. She gave me multiple options to choose from to give me more space, a MUCH better looking closet and stayed within my budget. She and her team were wonderful. I recommend 10/10!!!
