Using Classic Kitchen & Bath was a bad experience for us. There were no fresh or impressive design ideas, several important design and construction details were missed, and too often the company offered excuses instead of expert solutions. Sorry for the negative review.

CK&B completely failed on my small (5'x10') master bathroom remodel: 1. They took too long: we first met in April with an intended construction date of September which was later pushed back to January; it's now October and I still don't have usable plans. 2. They didn’t meet the budget: the cost estimate the designer provided is multiple times beyond the budget that was allocated. Some items she listed are three times what she originally said or what I could find elsewhere. 3. They didn’t communicate: I wouldn't hear anything from the designer for weeks until I would reach out to her; even an email to a third party that she said she sent actually hadn't been sent when I checked on it. 4. They kept missing things: I had to remind the designer multiple times to fix or change things in her designs.

I had a very good experience with Classic Kitchen & Bath. Before going to them, I got a quote from one of those on-line design outfits that claims to sell for 60% of retail. Their quote was double the cost of Classic Kitchen... and didn't include the granite. Classic Kitchen designed my kitchen and wet bar and delivered the cabinets. They are beautiful. Leslie was very detail oriented and professional. I couldn't be more pleased.

This is our second experience using Classic Kitchen and Bath. This time we renovated our kitchen. Leslie was very knowledgeable. She listened to our questions and concerns. Helped us make wise choices. Offered suggestions which helped with the functionality of the kitchen. To me the most important thing she did was answer our questions promptly and kept us informed. We also stayed within our budget. Surprisingly, Classic Kitchen and Bath was in the same price range as other places but with more knowledge than some others.

The design, measuring and execution of the plan was excellent. Our kitchen redesign worked out perfectly. The team, lead by Gabby, paid great attention to detail with multiple verifications of measurements. The installation contractor was a true artisan perfectionist. We are all very happy with Classic Kitchens & Bath's team.
