Custom Audio

Custom Audio has completed a number of projects for us over the last 7 years which included a surround sound system in our family room (including integration of new tv, cd player, dvd player and speakers); outdoor deck and porch speakers; programming of all equipment to one remote; installation of new smart TV in the master bedroom, and 2 new TV's in the lower level. In addition to recommending electronic equipment, the installation and service was exceptional. Jonathan's knowledge of products and ability to exceed customer's needs is above and beyond expectations and makes the projects so much easier for the customer. The entire process from initial discussions through planning, purchasing and installation of products was handled professionally and completed in a timely manner. In addition, Sondralee made recommendations of contractors to custom build furniture and improvements to enhance the projects.

Custom Audio have completed several projects for me. They have included three different homes and a fitness studio in my office. The projects have varied in scope but all met the intended vision. Sondralee, Jonathan and Tom, each provide the expertise required for successful project completion.

We had 3 new televisions installed in our restaurant. Jonathan did a great job as usual. Very satisfied. We will need 2 more installed at a later date and will use Custom Audio again.

I have used this company for many years and am involved with them on a regular basis. The most intricate project was installing a 60 inch television that fully retracted into the floor. This had to be coordinated with a contractor for the carpentry work but the majority of the design and installation of the project was performed by the company. The end result was a fabulous home theater surround sound system. I recommend this company highly.

Custom Audio has been a great resource for my family. I purchased a new house & when I called Sondra Lee about getting some out door speakers for the deck, she actually came to my house that night to get a look at the deck. What service! My parents had a severe water loss in their home. Custom Audio set them up with several tv's & stereo system. Most importantly, they have gone to my parents house several times since then to answer their questions & even gave them a complete laminated hand written instruction sheet on how to operate everything. Again, what service! You can go to the big box stores, but you will never get the hands on customer service like you will get at Custom Audio. They are the best.

Sondralee from Custom Audio and her staff were tremendous to work with. From my initial contact with them to the completion of my project, I was very impressed with their knowledge, professionalism and certainty that what I was spending was in my best interest for what I was looking for. They saved my home theater project! I was previously told by a competitor that the idea I had for my home theater wouldn't be what I wanted once completed. I was very upset and really didn't know where to go from there. After much thought, I walked into Custom Audio the next day and immediately felt more comfortable. My vision was restored for what I wanted to accomplish. What impressed me most about Custom Audion was their level of commitment to the customer. From the initial stages of layout to finish installation, their professionalism was phenomenal!

In January of 2012 I bought a smart TV. I had Custom Audio do the installation. The work was done quickly and withut any mess whatsoever. In Feburary of this year my wireless router failed. I didn't hestitate to have Custom Audio order the unit and install it for me. Again, the work was done quiclkly and quietly without making a mess in my house. I consider expert installation to be one of Custom Audio's strongest attributes, separating them from the competition.
