Fine Tuning

I do not normally write bad reviews but I do not want others to make the same mistakes that my wife and I did. We used Tony twice and feel cheated by his absolute lack of service and empty promises. Most notable, I would recommend against purchasing his warranty, which he sold us using what I consider unethical business practices via promises the manufacturers will soon hear about because our whole conversation was recorded (he was explaining how to use everything, knew I was recording, and at the end made his 'sales pitch' for his warranty). In order to get him to return our texts or calls, we had to literally send dozens of texts, emails, and calls on multiple occasions. All of this is documented.

Office and home surround sound systems installed! I have been doing business with Tony and Fine Tuning for years. I first contacted them to see if they could come out to my place of business and install TV's for a call center and set-up projectors, screens and a sound system in our conference room. We needed this work done on an extremely fast paced time frame and Tony and team came through for us. I circled back with them a few years later for a home theater system installation. Of course they came through for me again. My husband and I are very pleased with the quality of equipment selected, our systems output and the professionalism from Tony and his team. Not only do I recommend Fine Tuning, I will never use anyone else.
