Sphere installed my den tv and surround sound system 7 yrs ago. Recently (10/2023) had problems with my universal remote and Marcus assisted over the phone resulting in everything working like new again. No service call required! I highly recommend Sphere! We just completed building a new home where they designed and installed the tv, sound and internet systems. They listened to our desires and put together a plan that was within budget while meeting our wants. The equipment installed was high quality and they were professional from our initial meeting all the way thru job completion. Our system has a universal remote and Chris made two additional trips to the house changing the program. He told me on the last visit that he wanted it to function exactly how we wanted. How often do you hear those types of comments? Not very often these days. What a great company!

I was extremely pleased with the service that Chris provided. He installed ipad docks into the wall that wirelessly charge and they are aesthetically pleasing. Chris is super professional and just an all around awesome person. I would defintely recommend him.

Sphere Home Technologies did an outstanding job on our home audio visual system. They listened to and understood what we wanted and then implemented a high quality system that is so easy to use. Their technicians were very professional and patient, taking time to thoroughly explain and show us how to get the most out of our system. SHT did the wiring while we were in the renovation stage and then came back months later to install everything. They also used several of our existing components helping reduce the expense. Additionally they installed a new security system with all the new technology features allowing us to control it remotely from any place in the world. They are the best!

I have used Chris and his teams for the past 7 years. I'm not sure there is a better company out there that knows the home automation, A/V industry quite as well as these guys. Sphere provided security, thermostat, music, lighting, and TV controls through the use of our phone and TV remotes. They did a great job of explaining the details of the scope of the work and customer service. We are able to control anything in our house with our phones and TV screens. Love it.
