Be very careful using this company. After spending over 2,500$ to replace my av receiver, I found out the new receiver would not accommodate one of my speaker zones. The technician promised me several times he would be able to make the necessary repairs. I made many calls / text to the technician and the office over a period of 90 days with no response back. When I finally got a response from the owner he refused to exchange the receiver with the correct one even after I agreed to pay the difference in cost. He said it was past the return date. This is certainly NOT the expertise & customer service they advertise. Don't be fooled by their words....their actions don't match up!

Used Technology Concierge for Crestron automation and control. We knew we wanted a 'smart' home but didn't know where we should start. Alex had questions for us about how we live and would use our system that we would have never thought to ask. I wasn't sure we needed the Service Contract but between storm power outages and app updates, it's been worth it. Can't say enough about them...we are very pleased.

I had speakers and a sound system installed in several of the rooms in my home. I was more than impressed with the professionalism, courtesy, timing, and knowledge the technicians had. I had some questions and they answered all of them in a way I could understand and even made suggestions to make things work better. Alex Williams, the owner of Technology Concierge has done several jobs for me over the years. Every single time Alex and his friendly and professional team complete the project on time and on budget. If you want cheap, go to Best Buy and buy your equipment and then install it yourself. If you want quality and most importantly technical support after the sale, then I would highly recommend Technology Concierge.

Complete new home audio / video design and installation. Have worked with Alex Williams for years and he never lets me down. He listens to the homeowners expectations, designs alternative solutions within budget constraints, works with other contractors (electrical, framing, lighting, hardscapes, etc.) to exceed all expectations. He makes you feel like you are his only customer and is not happy until you are. I would recommend him and have to family and friends.
