Blue Ribbon Design Build

We had a house addition project with Blue Ribbon. They did the design and also took care of permits with the city and homeowners association. Their sub-contractors were all professional and courteous. We found Blue Ribbon to be an excellent building contractor with a lot of knowledge and experience. Their promised time table for finishing the project was reasonable and they met the deadline.

BRDB designed and built an add-on (downstairs bedroom, bath and closet) for my elderly Mother who has Alzheimer's disease. The available space was challenging as were the specific needs for my Mother (for example, width of doorways and doorless shower, both to accommodate wheelchair, lights which turn themselves off, spacing for walkways without tripping hazards, etc.). The design was flawless and I can say that with the benefit of having my Mother in the space for over a year now. The subcontractors hired by BRDB were first rate and I have hired some of them since then for additional work and did so at the time of the original construction. As is typically the case with large jobs, issues of who should pay for what and contract credits, etc. arose and BRDB always took the high road and was more than fair with the accounting. In the future, they are my "go-to" company for all my or my family and friend's architectural and construction needs. A slam dunk as far as I am concerned!

Blue Ribbon worked with me every step of the way from design to completion, and delivered what they promised from the beginning. It was a pleasure to deal with them. I was very pleased that I had chosen them. The work on my house was very extensive. They were here when they said they would be here, from beginning to end. The quality of work was excellent.

Going into this project we were very nervous with how our project was going to be managed as we were doing an addition of over 700 sq ft. We remodeled and enlarged the kitchen, extended the family room, enlarged two bedrooms upstairs, added a balcony and a covered patio deck, added a new full bathroom upstairs ,made landing area on top of stairs larger and enlarged dining room. The team at Blue Ribbon was great to work with and with each phase completed we knew that we were in good hands. From the Management/Office staff, to the Project team and Site workers they were always hard working folks, very respectful and honest and a pleasure to work with. We are very happy with the quality of our remodel/addition! We would definitely recommend Blue Ribbon Design and Build for any of your home projects!!

if you want excellent work, professional interactions and a fair price you want Blue Ribbon as your contractor. They are courteous, on time and clean. They built a new room and add on to our house, the work was excellent, contractors willing to explain and answer questions. They kept the sight clean at all times, we even had rain, they protected the property and checked back often for any leaks. After five years they still answer questions help with any issue when called, that is customer service and a relationship you want. They are up front, tell you like it is and what they can do and what you are responsible for there where no surprises. A great choice for buliding contracting.

We have hired Blue Ribbon Design Build to do three remodeling projects in the past twelve years. The first was to add two bedrooms, the second was to add a bathroom, dining room and completely remodel our kitchen. The third was to enlarge our master bedroom and bath, add a walk-n closet, replace our driveway with pavers, put a rock veneer over the old brick fireplace and front of garage and redesign our front yard. We had gotten bids from many different contractors but Blue Ribbon had always delivered the best designs and ideas. Their office staff, workers and subcontractors are professional, on time and we have always been completely satisfied with the results of the projects.

Jennifer and her Father were wonderful. There were a number of obstacles to overcome and they were extremely helpful in getting the project completed.
