We are very satisfied with the job Central Construction did on updating our home. Jeff Nathenson, President/Owner, reviewed the project, gave us a few ideas, and fulfilled his promises on time and budget. He informed us each step of the way what would be done next, who would be calling and coming, and how long it would take for that particular job. The workers he sent to do each job were very helpful and very respectable and friendly. We had all our floors redone with laminate flooring or carpet, electrical updates, a wall redone, a service door installed, and other minor things. Each worker did an excellent job.

I contacted Central Construction to do a small remodel job on my 28 year old kitchen to give it a bit of a face lift. I wanted to do this so that I could turn around and put the house on the market. To make a long story short, I was "AWED" by the results and ended up virtually updating 2300 square feet on the upstairs alone. Jeff's attention to detail and his vision made this the easiest thing I have ever had to do. He took over the entire job from start to finish and I was shocked and still am by the end result. He is an amazing talent, prideful of his work and he has surpassed all of my expectations and more. I love the house so much that I almost want to move back into it...almost. I found Central Construction Homes, LLC through an acquaintance pleased with her basement remodel and contracted with Jeffery Nathenson for a complete remodel of our kitchen, master bath, and hall bath. Jeff met with us right away and listened carefully to our ideas. He offered helpful suggestions and worked closely with us, putting in the necessary time to make the planning stages seem effortless. Central Construction constructed a new custom house for us on our existing property. Central Construction performed the work very well and we are happy with the overall finsihed product of our new home. They kept us in the loop on the schedule and when we needed to meet our deadlines for choosing our various details. They were very professional in their dealings and any changes were done in a professional manner. There were no surprises. One improvement that could be made is to help future buyers be aware of the bureaucracy delays that can occur in the process even though they are not the cause of them. I woudl recommend this builder to others.

I have worked on two projects with Central Construction including a full kitchen remodel. Both projects came in at budget and on-time. I was also impressed by the care given my home--each day the project area was swept clean so any dust and dirt didn't go to the rest of my house. I would highly recommend them for any size job.

Great work, great service, and outbid all other contractors by thousands. We are very happy with our finished basement. All work was done perfectly according to our specifications and Jeff (owner) came up with some great suggestions on design and options we had not thought of. Everything was professionally prepared, explained, and executed, from blueprint to carpet. We will hire Central Construction again and highly recommend them to family, friends, and all others.
