We worked with Golden Gate Group to create an architectural plan to remodel our Sunnyvale home. Right from the inquiry phase, they were very prompt throughout. They patiently went through multiple iterations as we requested repeated changes to the design and provided 3D views of the finished design each time, which was very helpful. They were also very quick with resubmissions based on the city’s request. In particular, they greatly supported us until we obtained the final approval from the city by keeping us informed about the status and next steps. We highly recommend this reliable and customer-friendly team for your future home design or remodeling needs!

My family and I are very happy that we went with the Golden Gate Group to remodel our family home and an ADU addition. We found them because they did two of my neighbor's home in Campbell. They were very knowledgeable of the area which made working with the city very efficient. They helped me with the design to be within my budget and added their artistic & practical flair which was needed since we never went through a remodel before. Everyone they brought to my home was very respectful and they updated me throughout the whole process and there were never any surprises on what they did. My budget was tight, and I appreciated them making every decision work out for me; I can tell that they're in the business of building a home and not just a structure to add on a property. They have great vendor suggestions and if I did work with an outside vendor, they always provided me the needed information to complete my transaction. I am grateful for Masoud's professional and empathetic acumen and Mehdi's meticulous eye to detail. I am still working on landscaping (next project) so I will update as we furnish and finish the outside!

A moment ago I was looking for contractor for house remodeling and addition. Finished 600sqft addition plus remodeling in 6 months with good quality work on time. A bit pricier at completion but nö hassle clean job. Is honest and would point out options for change based on conditions in older house that are not visible till you open up. Would anyday recommend Masoud and team for such work.

Golden Gate Group has been amazing to work with. We expanded our house by adding 800 sqf and upgraded an existing house with them. From the first meeting through project completion they have been professional and what was very important to us, very respectful and polite. Mehdi, Masoud and their team were available anytime we needed them to answer questions, explain costs, and walk us through any detail. They were on top of every aspect from changes requested by the city to last minute changes. During the entire process of our construction, we felt like we could really trust not only GGG main crew, but also every subcontractor they sent to our house. We even had an emergency one night after moving back in - leakage through skylight - and they reacted immediately by sending the crew at midnight to have them fixed the issue. We are giving them 5 out of 5 stars.

Recently finished my remodeling project with Golden Gate Group of Cupertino in west San Jose area (around July of 201@). Having done my due diligence looking for a contractor for my extension and remodeling, I can tell you that this contractor is a gem in this industry. They were very responsive, prompt and caring about your wishes and needs. The sub-contractors they use is also another indication of a great contractor and we were extremely happy with all their subs from plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painters, shower glass door maker and installer as well as landscaping. I know how difficult and tasking it is to choose a contractor who can produce a product to their customers' liking and I consider myself lucky to have found The Golden Gate Group.
