LMJ Builders LLC/Craig Johnson Construction LLC

Over a period of about 18 months during 2013 and 2014, Mr. Craig Johnson completed a series of major custom home updating and remodeling projects for us. The scope of the first major project encompassed updating the house by refinishing the hardwood floors, counter tops and cabinetry, replacing carpeting with new hardwood floors, updating interior lighting, replacing the fireplace, and repainting the entire interior. Then, we updated and upgraded the Mud Room by replacing the floor coverings, counter tops, and lighting and refinishing the cabinetry and adding new cabinetry. Next, we converted a large Bonus Room into a new Second Master Suite with a large open bedroom and sitting area, an adjoining vanity and dressing area, steam shower and water closet, and a balcony. Then we replaced all of the windows, refinished the exterior siding and decks, and built a new cupola. With all of these projects, and numerous other smaller projects, Mr. Johnson was especially thoughtful and creative in developing high quality cost-effective solutions that addressed our needs and circumstances. He was especially easy to work with, responsive, and completed all of the projects on-time and within budget.

Craig is the whole package. Developer, Pre-architect, Designer and Builder! His floor plans WORK, great flow and great livability. He also comes in ON BUDGET!! I have worked with Craig Johnson for 15 years and have never been disappointed with the results.

We live in a home that Craig Johnson designed and built for himself. We have lived in the home 4 years and have done some minor remodeling during that time. All of the remodel work we have had done, has been performed by LMJ Builders. The craftsmanship and quality of the materials on the house are excellent. The details on the interiors from the kitchen, to the baths, to the various floor materials, are beautiful and look as new today as they did when the house was built 9 years ago. Craig was easy to work with on the remodel and he took the same care and attention to detail as though it were still his home. The subs that he works with, are all professionals, who get the work done in a timely (and clean) manner during the entire process. Excellent job and we still love being in this home that he built!

I have known Craig Johnson for over 30 years. We have lived in 3 homes that Craig has constructed. Two of those homes were designed AND built by Craig. I had the pleasure of working closely with Craig on both of these homes. I enjoyed the process very much, from start to completion. My husband and I are completely satisfied with our most recent "downsized" home. We LOVE it!

I have been working with Craig for a year now on a design/build project. We are getting ready to start building. He listens, has ideas and knows what works. I look forward to the building process.No photos yet.
